Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the damaged or defective condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging and accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Bulk or custom appliance orders.

Exchanges

If approved, exchange of products will be processed, and the replacement product will be delivered within 2–3 business days from the date/time of approval.

Replacement

If approved, replacement of products will be processed, and the replaced product will be delivered within 2–3 business days from the date/time of approval.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.
