Shipping & Delivery: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via our trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines vary based on location. AuraLane is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Returns & Refunds: We accept returns only for damaged, defective, non-working, or incorrect items. An unboxing video is mandatory for any return requests related to damaged or missing products. Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery, following the guidelines in our Return Policy.
